The hook looks like it is from a Palestinian men's watch chain.
Dear Alaa; When I saw the photo of this beautiful necklace, a Palestinian men's watch chain came to my mind as well immediately. The connections between the individual pieces reminds me of Bulgarian necklaces, which are constructed in this way. Then again, I did not see much fish necklaces circulating in this region. The fish pendants and round dangles reminded me of my Afghani necklace, a photo of which I herewith attach. I believe that it is Ottoman with some exterior influences... a fabulous piece!
