Moroccan Silver Bracelets

These are both ram's heads, but the one on the right has lovely fluffy fur and the one on the left doesn't or is worn down more? Not sure what the differences mean as far as age and where made.

    the ram`s head means 800/1000 grade of silver. The style of the patterns are urban and often from the region of Essouira and Rabat, but meanwhile you can find it all over Morocco.

  • It is just due to wear. If you use a loupe you may see a small Letter M or F etched into the corner of the mark to signify the Marrakech or Fes assay.
