  • The background fabric was made by the Pulaar of Southeast Senegal.  They are a subgroup of the Fulani and wear this indigo "pagne" as a skirt and sew a matching piece into a loose tunic-like shirt. 

  • Beautiful indigo and lovely pendant.

  • The indigo is lovely, reminds me of the blueprint indigo of eastern Europe.
