Libyan: Child's Bracelet?

Okay, I know its Libyan because it has the Tripoli hallmark. I know the coin is Turkish. It appears to be a child's bracelet since the ring part is only 5 to 5.5 cm dia. Can anyone offer other info or opinions???

  • Based only upon internet research, the coins appears to be a 2 Piaster silver coin minted during the reign of Sultan Abdul Hamid II, AH1293=1876AD.
