Large Libyan Cuff

This is a Libyan cuff from Tripoli I had until recently. It was very large and heavy. It has a couple of stamps on it, one I believe may be the silver content? And one looks like a hallmark. I don't know if that would give any identity or information about this item. If anyone knows if the hallmark means anything, I would appreciate any information you could pass along.
