Actually the price was very low for what it is. It would have cost a fortune in Morocco! My husband got me the bracelet in Morocco years ago. This is a sensational piece to wear. We have another, I posted it with the same background a while ago, but this one is older and larger.
Notice the clear, darker green enamel. I've found this on older vintage Kabyle pieces, where the newer vintage pieces use a clear but much lighter green enamel (similar to the Moroccan green from Tiznit).
