Another fibula with the pin on the longer side..... I have one of these on the way to me...a very unusual style!

These fibulas might have been worn in the early times by pair like the normal way , But Debdou being one of the only cities of Morocco having a majority of jewish in its a population, and especially after the arrival of the sicilian and spanish jewish migrants they abandonned the traditionnal berber outfit wich needed the fibulas to be worn and adopted a modern one such as this lady did, yet retaining as an emblem , a very showy one, the use of one fibula.
