it is arabic writing , exactly is coran (ayat al korsi)

at the top of two minarets name of ali ( ali is from mohammad familly)

yes it is a part from coran in all the 4 corner in the medile it is wereten we open for you a great opening every thing .and it maghite be shiiste not sounni because there is the name of ali many time
