There are two types of marks. Both designate Tripoli official mark. However the ones in yellow are not readable, while the ones in red are clear and distinguishable for Tripoli. These items are hard to find in a set today. The main reason is that they are quite old, heavy therefore sometimes the sellers get rid of them in singles each time.
Thanks Edith for your comment. The stamp on the left is also for Tripoli but the original of the stamp was not clear, I knew that from other occasions that I see it barely readable, still designates Tripoli.
