For sale- This original necklace is made of antique silver Bedihi beads from Yemen. The Bedihi family created the finest granulation work in Yemen in the XIX and early XX century. The red coral is antique Mediterranean coral, sourced from Yemen and originally from Sicily. In the times of the Levante trade, Italy used to buy coffe beans from Yemen and payed with red coral.
