i can see a great variety here- necklace at the left with the brass mask with long chank shell beads is Naga, then a complete snake vertebrae necklace, probably east Africa, then a chinese/tibetan/buddhist prayer strand of turned beads- either pale wood or bone, then some mother of pearl buttons and some decorated shell discs, cowrie shells, and more shell buttons and beads also cut from very thick old white shell...
