I wonder why nobody competent is answering your question........ perhaps because of Holiday times. These are certainly Amulett holders, usually named Hirz. There exist perhaps special expressions for the long square ones, ,but I do not know. The Tuareg have a similar piece worn on the Turban by men only, there it is called "Korkoro". Then there exist square pieces in Ethiopia named Telsum. But These pieces I would say they are "Hirz"es. Lets see what others say.... the Piece in the front middle with the simple pattern of triangles could be a Korkoro, but there are many different styles to see.
Yess Eva is Right, these ae various hirz or talisman holders used from the arabian peninsula towards persian gulf and espacially IRAN, along with bazubands which are square or octogonal boxes used as upper arm decoration and talisman holders among shiia muslims
