These are my new highly sought after objects ( I always have to be focused on something) The silver work on these is lush -- and unusual. I keep finding these in singles and not pairs.
The workmanship is just like that found on many of the kitab pendants. I wonder if there is any evidence that they were strung between fibulae.....
verry nice pieces. it is brass with high silver engraved. it gives a strong fibula that not brake, with nice looking silver and not expensive
I am only aware of the kitabs being used in Necklaces.
