Hi all, - I have been asked by a bona fide poster and collector to identify these two pieces, but, although I could have a stab at it, I feel sufficiently uncertain to ask anyone who cares to do so to tell me what these are. I have seen similar things, but just cannot remember what they are! Any help greatly appreciated, with thanks!

    Libya  for the one in the background

    And am leaning towards Tunisia for the Deblij style anklet..

    The one the background I agree with Sarah it is a  'Libyan Cuff' locally called  '  suar mneffel' . I am not familiar with the one in front but it does look like an anklet as Sarah has indicated.

    Great! Thanks very much, Sarah and Mustafa. That will be very helpful to my correspondent. I could certainly not identify the one in the foreground, and the one in the background did seem North African to me, but I did not think of Tunisia - which would be the most logical choice even through elimination! Again, thanks greatly! Also for the speed! Most impressive.
