Head Dress - Iraq

This is a huge head dress. The paisley pieces are complete. I bought this piece around 4 years ago when it was coming directly out of the Iraq.

Impressive headdress Peter. I love the quietness of just the silver and the blue turquois. The center piece hangs over the nose? And the hooks? are vastened into the hair, most probably heavy braids?
