  • Love hairpins in general, this one is wonderful!

  • Does anyone like wearing hair pins?  my question to those out there , since I use them or did before the air plane checking.  I wanted to know since I had a specialty of selling hair pins as I collected them myself.. I have found that very few actually use them..  even my own use has changed due to travel issues and carrying them in hand carry which is not allowed now vs not wanting to put them in checked luggage.. I'm wondering if any one else on sight has anything to contribute on this?  I feel slighted by the changes of the airline rule since this limits me to using many of my sticks which were part of my dressing and hair decoration..  I use them when I travel and not while I'm in my house so it has effected my whole pattern of dressing and buying them.. I don't buy them now based on this issue and I had hudreds of them... Any thoughts on this topic? !

  • that is an interesting aspect of which I had not thought (security checks on airports, hairpins being a sort of weapon......). I wear them in summer, when it is warm and I put up my hair, it holds better, not when the hair is open, I am too afraid of losing them. But really, it seems odd, that nowadays one cannot wear them travelling on aeroplanes for security reasons.
