  • Is it enamel or paint? 

    They use both. I have a pair with the enamel and a pair with paint (oil I suppose).

    The enamel is a little transparent the paint is not

  • It seems paint...but paint was used largely on local jewelry when the use of enamel dwindled and that was in an ethnic use context
