Gold-thread embroidered mitre, which belonged to the Greek-Orthodox bishop of Ankara. 'Rum' (Anatolian Greek) piece of work, 1715, attributed to the workshop of the famous embroideress Despoineta in Istanbul/Constantinopel. Heigth: 20 cm. (Benaki Museum, Athens).
