Girls Wearing Thethana Skirts

A common collector's items from Lesotho, these skirts called "thethana" are worn by pre-initiate girls. Traditionally they were made from plant fibers with a beaded waist.

    Indeed it is refreching to see adornment from this part of the world, especially when it comes to non precious material which are overlooked by most of passionate people
