When formulating a design Faouzi surrounds himself with elements which inspire him. Sometimes he has waited for years for a final pendant to become available to him for a style he has been working on in his mind and gathering elements for!
Sometimes we go to Essaouria and he goes crazy buying Ida ou Nadif pendants for a piece!!!
His day begins with ensuring that his shop is spotless. He takes pride in everything he does!
Stopping to occasionally play cards with friends in the street and always to pray, if Faouzi is nt in the shop just wait for him to return from the mosque opposite!
oho, all these goodies!!!! not easy to choose... ! Great photo!
Thanks A lot Sarah for illustrating how Faouzi creates one of his beautiful necklaces, I am aware a lot of buyers are against these newly restrung necklaces but for me they look as good as an old one and he uses such wonderful old pieces and beads seems he is very passionate about it.
