@Thanks Chantal, no no, I only have my "Africa Adorned", and some other African jewellery books, but not specifically on Ethiopian jewellery. This project will take time....... Have to go slowly, must take care first of my eyes (expensive!)
It seems that the round telsums are not the same like the round wedding pendants although similar. (These are most often gilded and mor intricate pattens on them). Have to find out whether they are worn by the same ethnies.
@Chantal, P.s.: on A.D. they sell whole necklaces made of these, strung on black yarn. Looks nice, but too expensive for my budget at the moment.
