  • Very nice collection of pendants from the South of Ethiopia. I own a quite large aluminum version of the fan-shaped pendants (the smaller ones are also worn as rings). Does anyone here know more about the symbolism of these pieces? I noticed that the pendants' fan often consists of eight "rips" (I don't know how to describe it).
