Turkmen belt measuring 33". Large and heavy. Seems to be complete. Can anyone help with an approximate date please?
It seems to me to be 20th century, quite late and I have not seen these on traditional ensembles of jewels. But I will gather some opinions.

I think he was talking recent ie late 20th to early 21st C. He seemed to know the guy who made it.
That figures actually. I bought it 25 years ago as an old piece. Goes to show how much it pays to do your research before you buy. Thanks Cordelia.
