    I am not aware of any north african bracelet where the hinge system does not halve the body into two equal parts

    This feature is much more present from arabian peninsula twards the indian subcontinent.

     

    The pattern reminds me of Kuchi, pakistani or afghani bracelets where it is very common to buid the hinge system this way.

    Low grade metal are also widely used there.
