  • What I like about the way Sarah has done this is that noone would interpret it as a "genuine" tribal necklace - it has tribal features, but does not pretend to be anything that ever existed before. I like pieces done either this way (using tribal elements but VERY freely) or as fully tribal. I don't generally like those which are sort of "nearly really tribal", but in fact creating the wrong impression, i.e. that they ARE tribal, while they are not. This piece quite pleases me in its own way.
