This really looks like contemporary Moroccan work from Tiznit; they have been imitating Kabyle styles for years. You may want to ask Ayis's opinion.

I bought it some time ago for personal use from Maggie Matthews but did not like to wear it afterall, just too overdone for my taste so I sold it again.....
