Pendants are of 800 silver.slightly cleaned.Hallmarked in Tripoli.

Lovely and charming. I love the combination of different materials and techniques... the two styles of hands... the beautiful carving. Is it a necklace or a head ornament or something else?

As it is an amulet is normally hung as a breast ornament or with a chain. I have have never seen it as a head ornament . But I could be wrong.
