Copper hair rings ID please

Two of a series of small finds. These pieces were bought on a trip through North Africa, probably inAlgeria according to the previous owner. I would be grateful for a more precise ID, as I am not sure if these are Berberm Tuareg or possibly Fulani pieces. The larger one seems to be well-used copper, the smaller one contains other metals as well as copper. They measure about 5cm and 4cm max. in diameter.
