Found from a seller in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, he told me that was a Caucasian bracelet but I don't think so. There is in the middle the Turkish Flag and the style remember me some old Niello Bracelet that I saw in some museum in Kz.I try to find more informations about that decorations and their meaning but seems it's very hard research.
