reverse of Bukov Can anyone read this? must be jeweler and date? or dedication etc.

    arabic script but i think turkic language....i can read a name maybe in the middle "....oglu khan..."..no visible date

    That's a start! thanks.. usually they date also on top those marks are not a date? -0  0 and the rest,, don't know what that is.
