Bridal/festive headdress with 'tepelik' (cover for a woman's hat). Late-Ottoman Anatolian, 19th century. Tepelik: silver (with repoussé chasing decor) and an inscription (‘Mashallah’?). The ‘fes’ (felt hat) is adorned with late-Ottoman coins (19th c.) and glass pearls. (Inv.nr. müç017 - Kavak Costume Collection - Antwerpen/Belgium).
