This is exceptionally beautiful. I suspect it was either 1) collected in Bukhara but made elsewhere, 2) made by a foreign siversmith in Bukhara, or 3) made by a Bukharan silversmith for a foreign client. Any way it is a treasure and you are lucky to have it!
