  • I personally feel that the headdresses from the Charhar tribe are some of the nicest examples in the Mongolian jewelry style range. I love this example!

  • this was oned of the better pieces I had of Mongolian headdresses. It was my favorite. I have a good trani of it but have not gotten it made up. The silver and tassels on this were really well done. i also never found another one like this again.  During the period of going there i purchased quite a few different styles. I think the veil being so long, meant that the wearer had a high station in life. some times they were much shorter in the back from published examples and photos I have seen of them being worn.
