Amulet-necklace. Late-Ottoman. Antalya Museum.

A silver necklace with two 'muskalık' (amulet-box). Late-Ottoman, rural, ca. end of 19th century. The geographical origin of the piece is uncertain, although the use of multi-coloured beads is coherent with the style of the Yörük villages in the Toros Mountains of the province. On exhibit in the Antalya Museum. (© Dick Osseman).
