    Hi Frankie, these are far more recent than the Veneti an trade beads, I am sorry to say that these were made in the last decade in the east. Likely India... The Moroccan traders however love them!

    I suspect you may be able to trade them for something nice I always get asked to bring kilos of them!!

    One trader is especially interested in learning the differences..

    No harm to bring them......!!

    all these beads are made very recently in India, even the pitted one that imitates coral...

    you have a nice variety on your string...
