Beautiful... one of the few pieces of Afghan niello work I have personally seen in silver. Often confused with bracelets from the Caucasus region.
You are right Betty. I also thought it may well come from further West.
Beautiful piece, Marc. You certainly have an eye for the best examples:)). This may well have been made by a Hazaran jeweller since they were well known for their niello work.... little birds on hair clips, for example.
