A Few Stray Bits

Many of the silver dealers in the Medina have boxes of small pieces. I sometimes pick up a few to give to people as souvenirs, but the pieces themselves make an interesting study. The connector piece inscribed with the word "allah" is from an old shayrieh necklace. he triangular louha pendant is made from thin silver sheet metal and the design seems to be hand incised.
