Length 31.5".Weight 95 gr.I understand that this is quite rare since old Aceh silver jewellery was melted down to fund conflicts at the beginning of the 20th Century.Special thanks to Marie-Ange for giving me that extra encouragement to purchase (you were right, M-A, it`s exactly my kind of thing!).

    These are great, Frankie. Very unusual. Hope more of them escape the melting pots of Aceh! Have never seen them before.

    They remind me of old Indian silver beads, too. But are not quite the same as ones I`ve known (and have). I`ve seen similar to the smaller beads used in Sri Lankan jewellery, too. The seller was familiar with the area these are from and is a collector. I`ve accepted the seller`s provenance.
