Tomorrow (15/03/23) at The Virtual Souk we are happily welcoming Billy Steinberg into the host’s seat once again.
Based in Los Angeles, U.S.A - Billy made a fine career for himself as a singer/songwriter. He co-wrote many world renowned, Pop chart-toppers of the 1980s including Like A Virgin (Madonna), True Colours (Cyndi Lauper), Eternal Flame (the Bangles), So Emotional (Whitney Houston), as well as many more favourites. In more recent years he has also written songs for contemporary pop-artists such as Jojo and Demi Lovato.
As well as a boast-worthy musical career, Billy has also found time to gather an ultra-fine collection of trade beads and jewellery. This will be his third Virtual Souk event, where he will showcase just a segment of his collection exclusively to our online community. You can expect to see mostly rare, Venetian beads from African trade. All of the pieces come with good provenance and clearly indicated descriptions.
This event will be a fantastic opportunity for the serious collector to purchase museum-worthy pieces.
