  • Hi Veronica, any idea what the inscription means?
  • Sorry, Chantal but I find hard to read this calligraphy. Maybe one of the native arabic speakers on the blog can help? xx
  • Hi Patty, the combo star- moon is lovely, I like the way the represent the nature on the jewellery. xx

  • This is sold? not for sale? for sale?
  • This is sold Patty.x

  • Very nice, maybe newish?

In arabic it reads " ALLAH KHAIRu HAFEETH WA HUWA ARHAMU ARRAHIMEEN" wich could be translated as:

ALLAH is the best protector and he is indeed the most merciful

  • Merci for the translation Ayis!  I agree, the pendant was more newly done, and the berry beads are antique jewish beads. This was one of the first pieces I bought in Yemen some years ago.

  • beautiful necklace and top workmanship.
