Yemen or Horn?

Large silver koran holder. I thought it looked Rashaida, but placing it is actually not that easy. Angela Fisher found this style on Zanzibar and Lamu, but of course it might also be from Yemen. When I bought the box, it looked like base metal, had the lid glued on and was in a pitiable though complete state. Ca. 10 x 11cm, lengths with bells is about 19 cm, just under 240 grams.
