Yemen girl's necklace restrung with additional beads...

This is a first attempt to make the Yemeni necklace shown here earlier a bit longer so that I can wear it. I added some smaller cube shaped bakelite/resin beads, amber coloured resin beads from a tesbih, a few red and black Bohemian glass beads and for contrast a new amazonite donut and an old trade bead of similar colour. I kept in all but one of the original beads.

  • Beautiful restringing arrangement. The black beads are a nice addition, and moving the large beads up from their original location will make it more comfortable to wear.
