Upper Egypt cuff hallmark

From the hallmark, I can make out that it's .800 silver but I'm not getting the assay city. There is a lotus but I don't get the date in the last square. Also, there is a triangle to the left of the hallmark and another one elsewhere. What is that about? Could it be Ottoman? Any help is appreciated. Also, are these bracelets common or rare? Thanks!

  • In 1916 a new law was issued making it incumbent for all jewelers to have gold and silver hallmarked.

After the1940's the number on the hallmark began to appear in Arabic. It seems to me that your hallmark says: 1982. And, but I am not sure, hallmarked in Alexandria.
