Wondering where this one is from....
My guess is that these were made near tagmout for a bit further to the south oases ladies!
Tagmout smiths kept a nice technique but lost the enamel perfection hence the use of paint
But i find that the paint gives the jewels a very naive touch especially when applied on very high grade silver as is the case here
