A digital archive showcasing the extensive collection of jewellery and adornment images shared on the former Ethnic Jewels Ning site over the years. These images have significantly enriched discussions on cultural adornment and its global dispersion.

Top: (partly gilt) silver filigree belt, 110 cm long. Probably from southeastern Anatolia. 82 plaques affixed to each other with rings and decorated with blossoms. The buckle is adorned with a central relief blossom and leaves; a short double chain with dangles is attached to its right end.Bottom: Gilt silver, 97 cm long, 4 cm wide. 'Trabzon work' (rush-math technique), made in Samsun. With a filigree buckle. The belt is stamped 'Mihail' and 'Samsun'. (both: Ankara Ethnographic Museum).
