  • polish it up with a silver polishing cloth to warm it up.  They are two unusual hairpins.  New for me as hairpins.  Of course we know the round one as pendants, and the long one they are around as earspoons, but without the little chains attached. Good for your collection Eva, You do have now several unsual shapes already. Gr. Ingrid.

  • Glad you got those Eva to add your growing collection! Very lovely!

I agree with Ingrid that they are rather unusual. I particularly like the one with the box.I wonder what the small longish piece of decoration is for (near the central granules). Could it have been a loop to attach dangles?

  • 2506060518?profile=originalThank you both, Ingrid and Betty. I have aleady a similar one like the one with the box - see here - . I wondered too about that Little part in the middle, I assume it was to attach dangles, but it is only a guess. This Picture Shows the two similar ones (one of them is the one I just got).

I will try to Polish it a bit more like Ingrid said, thanks.  According to the seller they are both from Tigray.
