I remember passing by this shop many times and marveling in front of the largest omega shaped "khlal" fibulas i have ever seen in my life, possibly he heaviest fibulas set with chain ever...could be weighing a couple kilograms of thick silver......
Yes, I like this shop very much...he had interesting things and I usually found his prices to be fair. Also, his demeanor was always pleasant, and if asked he would give an honest assessment of any particular item. He did not try to sell it as something it was not. He would say "I made this recently" since he apparently dabbled in reproducing his favorite pieces, but was also ready to sell the original antique or vintage item.
