  • Yesterday I had time to have closer look at my Rihanna chain ( and the Khamsa that came with it, but which I have replace with another pendant). I discovered that both, pendant and chain are stamped with a silver hallmark known as "tete de negre" . Looking at previous discussions, I learned that it is a Tunisian (no surprise) silver stamp, but also used in France. However, I am not sure if this stamp may help tp date the piece. Some  said it was used until 1942, others that it was used there after. Maybe one of the Tunisia experts may help. Thanks in advance!

  • I am adding a pic of the pendant that came with the chain. It also has a "tete de negre" stamp (on reverse side):2506008830?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024
