Large cuff from Eastern Turkey or Northern Syria - a more concrete ID would be highly appreciated. 6.5cm high, 6.3cm diameter. Just under 150grams

    Thank you, Peter.

    I have just found a quite similar cuff in "Treasures of the Bir Collection" by W.-D. Seiwert on p. 286. It is described as coming from South-eastern Turkey, more exactly Diyarbakir  (today a city with a large Kurdish population that has recently been in the media again because of the on-going conflicts there).
