  • I fin this quire appealing. It is not expensively made, but has a nice "natural" and used quality. It would probably glow more attractively if you polished up the leather somewhat with a wax (leather does need maintaining), and the silver with a silver cloth. The silver does not look high quality, but it does seem likely that it would develop a bit of sheen. Use a cloth only - not a liquid.
  • Typos in previous post: "I find this quite appealing" is what I meant. And I do. It does need a bit of polish, particularly of the leather, I feel. Be careful with the metal parts: if they are silver plate you certainly don't want to rub off any silver.
